With a legacy spanning 13 remarkable years and a repertoire of over 100 dance battles held in Mauritius, we’re thrilled to extend the Wake Up Session experience beyond our shores to the breathtaking Seychelles. On Saturday, September 9th, 2023, we marked a significant milestone by hosting our inaugural event in this stunning paradise.

The N.S.C Hall, nestled beside the Palais des Sports in Victoria, Seychelles, bore witness to a fierce 1 vs. 1 Afro Dance competition and an exhilarating 1 vs. 1 Breaking qualification.

It’s a new chapter in our journey, where the rhythm of urban dance resonates across the turquoise waters of Seychelles.

Out of 41 participants the winners were Johannus in the Afro Dance category and Bboy Olaf in the Breaking Category.

Bboy Olaf will be representing Seychelles in November at Reunion Island during the Battle de l’Ouest indian Ocean battle.

Afro Dance category had Marie in second position and Devin in third posititon. Afro Dance top 3 won Money prize, certificates and medals.
