The final of Wake UP session were held in Institut Français de Maurice on the 6th of August during Bouzé Urban Dance Festival . Judges came from South Africa, Mayotte and Reunion Island expressly to choose the best dancer in each of the 3 category of the final.
The winner were Bboy David (Breaking Category), William Charlot (Afro Category) and Emmanuel L’EVEILLE (Hip-Hop Category)
Each winner won a trip to Reunion Island and the opportunity to participate on Van’s Circle, an international dance championship, where the winner would have the chance to go Los Angeles to participate on their World Final.

They were 6 per category to compete for the Wake Up Session finals. Pre-qualifications were held since early 2023 around Mauritius and the best in each of the 3 categories were there to challenge themselves above all and stand a chance to win a trip to Reunion Island.
